Who we are

Touchstone Construction is an upscale residential general contractor serving Dallas–Fort Worth. We're the sister company to Touchstone Roofing — same standards, same family of operators, separate company built for whole-home remodels, additions, and outdoor living that needed their own focus.

The roofing side of the family covers roofs, gutters, windows, and storm response. We cover everything else under the residential construction umbrella — and we cross-refer between the two businesses when a project crosses the line.

What we believe

Prep is most of the job.Whether it's structural framing, surface prep before paint, or design-and-permit before demo — the up-front work decides how the back-end goes. We'd rather take an extra two weeks on planning than spend three months fixing avoidable surprises.

One contract, one accountable team.We don't bid the GC role and then disappear into a stack of subcontractors you've never met. Our project managers are in-house. Our trades are people we work with year-round, on terms we control.

Honest answers beat hopeful estimates.If your scope doesn't fit your budget, we'll say so during the walkthrough — and tell you what would. We'd rather lose a contract on day one than fight about scope creep on day ninety.
