Storm rebuild & insurance work
Major storm damage rebuilds where roof, siding, windows, and interior all need coordinated repair. We document, meet adjusters, and supplement claims when line items get missed.
Structural repair
Foundation work, framing repair, load-bearing reconfiguration, beam replacement. Engineer-stamped where it needs to be — we don't guess on structural.
Garage & basement conversion
Convert unused space into liveable square footage. Insulation, MEP, egress, and code compliance handled. Often the highest ROI move on a tight lot.
Custom requests
Detached studio, workshop, pool house, sport court, pavilion. If it's residential and reasonable, we'll scope it. If it's not reasonable, we'll tell you that too.

- Do you handle insurance-claim coordination?
- Yes. We document damage, meet with adjusters on-site, and prepare supplements when scope gets missed. We don't sign anything as your representative — but we'll make sure your claim reflects what your home actually needs.
- What if my project doesn't fit any of your service pages?
- Call us anyway. The point of this category is to handle exactly those projects. If we can't do it, we'll tell you who can.
