Written, not handshake
Every contract includes a written workmanship warranty. We hand you the document at project handoff alongside the as-builts and material specs.
We fix our own work
If something we built fails because of how we built it, we make it right at no cost. No deductible, no "that's the supplier's problem" runaround.
Manufacturer warranties separate
Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties (cabinets, appliances, roofing components, etc.) — those run alongside ours, not against. We register them in your name when applicable.
Real number, real humans
Warranty claims go to the same phone number on this site. No customer-care portal black hole. Same project manager who built the project usually owns the response.
Warranty FAQ
- How long does the workmanship warranty last?
- One year on workmanship as standard, with the underlying structural and weatherproofing components covered for longer per the contract. Specific scopes (e.g., FORTIFIED-rated builds, exterior-paint systems) carry extended terms — we spell out exactly what's covered for how long in the contract before you sign.
- What does the warranty NOT cover?
- Normal wear and tear, damage from weather events that exceed material design specs (e.g., a 2-inch hailstorm), modifications made by other contractors after our work, or maintenance neglect (clogged gutters, expired sealant, etc.). We document the homeowner-maintenance items at handoff so there's no surprise list two years later.
- How do I make a warranty claim?
- Call us at the same number on this site, or email the project manager directly — both contacts are in the handoff packet. We respond within one business day with either a same-day fix (small items) or a scheduled service visit.
- Is the warranty transferable if I sell the home?
- Yes — the workmanship warranty transfers to the next owner for the remaining term, in writing, on request. This is one of the items that quietly increases resale value on a recently-renovated home.
