Painting that lasts
Interior, exterior, fence, and specialty finishes — done by in-house crews who don't skip prep.
Painting fails for one of two reasons: bad surface prep, or the wrong product on the wrong substrate. We approach painting the way a structural contractor approaches a foundation — get the prep right and the finish becomes the easy part. We don't paint over peel, prime over rot, or tape over problems that need to be fixed first.
What this looks like
Interior painting
Full-room repaints, accent walls, trim, ceilings, and cabinet refinishing. Drywall patching, sanding, and primer included — not bolt-on extras.
Exterior painting
Siding, trim, soffits, fascia, and stucco. Power wash, scrape, prime, and finish in the right order. Color-matched or full color change.
Fence staining & finishing
Wood fence staining, sealing, and refinishing. We can stain a brand-new fence we just built, or restore one that still has life in it.
Specialty & finishes
Front door refinishing, garage door painting, specialty trim, faux finishes, and touch-up coordination after a remodel or addition.
Common questions
- Do you bundle painting with a larger project?
- Yes — and it's almost always cheaper that way. Mobilization is most of the cost on a small painting job; rolling it into a larger remodel removes that overhead.
- What warranty do you offer on paint?
- Written workmanship warranty on every paint project. Manufacturer warranty on the materials separately, depending on the product line we spec.
