1. Discovery walkthrough
We come walk the project with you, talk through scope, photograph existing conditions, and ask the questions that surface the real budget and timeline conversation.
2. Design & proposal
We translate the walkthrough into a written proposal with line items, drawings where needed, and a realistic schedule. You can compare apples-to-apples instead of guessing what's included.
3. Build
Permits, demo, framing, MEP, finishes — coordinated by an in-house project manager who's on site, not just on email. Weekly schedule updates, written change orders only, no surprise charges.
4. Punch list & handoff
We don't disappear at substantial completion. We walk every item with you, fix the small stuff fast, and hand over the documentation, warranties, and contacts you'll actually want six months from now.
