Storm damage · Insurance claims

Hail hit. Now what?

Don't sign with the first truck that knocks. We document the damage, meet your adjuster, and rebuild everything the storm touched — roof to interior — under one contract. Hundreds of DFW claims handled since 2016.

How the claim actually runs

  1. 1. Free damage inspection

We photograph and document every slope, elevation, and interior impact point before you ever call your carrier — so the claim starts from evidence, not guesswork. If the damage doesn't justify a claim, we'll tell you that too.

  2. 2. We meet your adjuster

You shouldn't debate roofing scope with an adjuster alone. We're on the roof with them, walking the same documentation, making sure storm damage gets called what it is.

  3. 3. Supplements for missed scope

First adjuster reports routinely miss line items — drip edge, decking, code-required upgrades, interior trades. We prepare supplements with photo evidence so the claim reflects what the rebuild actually requires.

  4. 4. One contract, full rebuild

Roof, gutters, fence, interior drywall and paint — storm damage rarely stops at the shingles. As a general contractor with roofing in-house, we rebuild all of it under one contract instead of handing you three more companies to manage.

How to spot a storm-chaser

Walk away when…

  • They offer to “cover” or waive your deductible — illegal in Texas.
  • They want a contract signed before the adjuster has even been out.
  • The address on the card is a P.O. box or out of state.
  • They can't name a manufacturer certification or local references.

What you get here

  • GAF Master Elite® certified team — local since 2016, not since the storm.
  • Photo documentation before you file, so you only claim what's real.
  • One contract covering roof, exterior, and interior trades.
  • Manufacturer-backed warranties registered in your name.

Common questions

Should I file a claim before or after an inspection?
After. A free inspection first means you only file when the damage justifies it — filing a claim that gets denied still goes on your loss history. If we inspect and the damage is cosmetic or below your deductible, we'll tell you straight.
Do you negotiate with the insurance company for me?
We document, meet adjusters, and prepare supplements with evidence — that's contractor scope. We are not public adjusters and don't act as your legal representative. In practice, thorough documentation settles most scope disagreements without a fight.
What does a storm rebuild cost me out of pocket?
Typically your deductible. Texas law (HB 2102) prohibits contractors from waiving or absorbing deductibles, and anyone offering to is signaling how they'll handle the rest of your project. We build to the approved claim scope plus any upgrades you choose.
How fast can you get a tarp or emergency repair on?
Active-leak situations get same-day response when you call. Emergency tarping and dry-in protect the interior while the claim runs its course — and the cost is usually covered by the claim itself.
Why does GAF Master Elite® certification matter for storm work?
Storm season brings out-of-state crews that disappear after the check clears. Master Elite® certification requires an established local track record, proper licensing and insurance, and ongoing factory training — and it backs your replacement with GAF's strongest manufacturer warranties, registered in your name.

Storm damage doesn't wait. Neither do we.

Calling is the fastest path to a same-day inspection — and an honest answer about whether you even have a claim.
